Removals Single Items Man & Van

All quotes are based on information supplied to us by the customer. Relevant details such as Property type, Access and Volume of goods should be as accurate as possible. If on arrival it is deemed that the initial information was not correct and is vastly greater or different to the information provided e.g. third floor flat or no vehicle access ect there may be additional charges.

All jobs are payable by cheque 7 days prior to the removal/delivery or by cash on the day of the removal/delivery, After the work is completed.

Parking must be arranged prior to the commencement of the removal/delivery and is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do our best to arrive extremely punctually, However unforeseen events can occur such as road closures, traffic ect that can cause unavoidable delays.

Your packing responsibilities

Please have everything suitably packed well before our arrival.

We accept no responsibility for breakage or damage to items that have not been packed/protected by adequete means.

Fragile items must be clearly marked and suitably protected. If you are unsure how to protect a particular item for transport please ask and we will be happy to advise you.

We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your goods/property once the job has been completed, payment received and the driver has left your property.

It is the customers responsibility to dismantle any unit/system/flat pack furniture or beds and again this should be done before our arrival.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that items will fit in the new premises, (e.g. size of sofa and size of aperture) We are not insured to remove doors or windows and in such cases it is up to the customer to arrange a specialist if needed.

Unforeseen circumstances

We reserve the right to add extra costs due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Waiting for keys or gaining entry, incorrect addresses, awaiting removal of windows or doors and so on).

The quote is not for our unlimited time. It is based on loading/unloading the vehicle within a reasonable time scale and the vehicle being parked within a reasonable distance of both the collection point and delivery area.
